Cool and fair
Dale says its hot in the sun, but I didn’t get in the sun as I ironed. The thermometer in the dining room read 66. Canned a few cherries. They seem to be an awful lot of work. Only got 4 qts. this week.

Canning of any kind is an awful lot of work. The reason I've never done it as I saw my mother do it every summer when I was growing up. Lesson well learned!
