Snow
Ned was still feverish so he couldn’t go but he was better about it than I expected. I went out and brought him and Daddy and the baby their chicken, etc. They slept while I was gone so Gilbert had no trouble. Then he went to the show and Ned gave me no peace the rest of the day.
(Sounds like Grandma did get to go to her parent's house for Sunday dinner, after all. And Gilbert seems quite involved as a father in the 1920's.)
