Fair and warm outdoors, but I put a sweater on in the house as I sat and sewed all day. Made Gilbert a new shirt and did up some of my old mending. Marjorie and Ned played out. They stay around pretty good in our yard and Millers’ and are as rosy as can be. Sleep all PM.

Although we have a fenced yard, I still won't let our 4 yr old and 2 yr old grandchildren out by themselves. Can't imagine letting them out with no fences, to just run around.
