An unusual event, Grandma did not post a diary entry for this day. Perhaps she was too sick? She did write a few days ago about not feeling well.

Since we have this brief, rare day without a diary entry, I have nothing to comment on. Why don't you leave a comment and let me know you came by and maybe tell me how you found this blog?

  1. Oh I miss not having an entry today. I started reading this diary a few months ago and look forward to it. Oh well I will be back tomorrow to see what is happening.
Thanks for sharing your family with us.

  2. I've been enjoying the journal. My great-grandparents lived in Indianapolis at this time but in a different part of town based on census records. My mother is the same age as Marjorie.

Randy Seaver also is publishing a family journal from 1929 that is quite different in tone.

  3. Since she usually wrote even when she didn't feel good, I too am wondering what was going on

  4. I found this diary when you found my blog when I posted an interest in heirloom gardens and pass along plants! Sometimes, I feel so guilty about the amount of work she did, I can't stand it!
